Alejandro Saiz de Apellániz

Alejandro Saiz de Apellániz is a senior architect and co-founder of SAIZVERDOUX, established in 2010, focusing on architecture and design projects in Barcelona and Bayonne. Alejandro also serves as a consultant and co-founding partner at 12 obradas, providing technical consulting for asset rehabilitation. Additionally, Alejandro is a jury member for architectural competitions at the Col·legi d'Arquitectes de Catalunya and teaches interior design at the Escola d'Art i Disseny Llotja. Past roles include external collaboration at MEHR Studio and súpernormal estudio creativo, training at Barcelona Activa, and design work at ROURE/DE LEÓN ARQUITECTOS. Alejandro's educational background includes postgraduate degrees in rehabilitation and hotel design, alongside a comprehensive architectural education.
