Eva Ginesta

Eva Ginesta is an experienced architect with a diverse background in technical consulting and project management within the architecture sector. Currently serving as an architect in the Technical Consulting Office at Col·legi d'Arquitectes de Catalunya - COAC since July 2016, Eva provides technical advice on energy efficiency, fire prevention, accessibility, safety, habitability, and sector regulations, while also producing technical documentation to support architectural practices. Alongside this role, Eva has been active as an independent educator since July 2015, teaching energy-saving regulations and certification procedures in architecture courses at Escola Sert. Previously, experience includes working as a Project Technician at RC2 Group, focusing on project design in residential and industrial sectors, and internships within the Urban Planning Department of the Ajuntament de Barcelona, where skills in drafting technical documentation were developed. Eva holds a Postgraduate degree in Legal and Forensic Architecture specializing in appraisals from UPF Barcelona School of Management and possesses a technical certification in fire prevention and safety from ISPC.
