Mike Pipher is an accomplished architectural professional currently serving as Lead, BIM, Design Associate at Royal Caribbean Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Mike was an Architectural Designer II at G. Alvarez Studio, Inc. from January 2022 to January 2025, and a Technical Designer at Gensler from June 2019 to January 2022. As the Founder and CEO of CollegiateR6, Mike developed the largest collegiate esports league in North America for Rainbow Six: Siege, leading a team of over 30 members and engaging a community of over 4000. Additionally, Mike has experience as an Intern Architect at FacilityConneX, specializing in sustainable commissioning and LEED, and as an Assistant at Mazzoni Construction. Early career experience includes internships at Gensler and co-founding Two Minute Tips, a non-profit aimed at promoting health among elementary school children. Mike graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and attended the University of Arkansas Rome Center.

COLLEGIATER6 (CR6) is the largest collegiate Rainbow Six: Siege league with over 280+ universities and over 2000+ students having participated in it. It was created to foster scholastic competition in Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six: Siege and to make collegiate esports a reality. Our goal is to create the largest collegiate siege community and competition, where teams and players thrive for years to come. CollegiateR6 staff is largely comprised of university students at various levels of education. The staff is also so geographically diverse that players will be able to reach anyone at any given part of the day. We are passionate about the community, listen to suggestions, and offer a clean, professional league format that Collegiate Siege players can look forward to every single week of the season. We want to elevate collegiate esports to levels that the world has never seen before. We at CR6 want to foster the scene for years to come and provide a fully functional and professional league that sees growth, massive involvement, and a passionate community.
