Herman Bulls

Herman Bulls is an International Director and Vice Chairman for the Americas at JLL, where responsibilities include assisting senior executives with complex real estate challenges. Additionally, Herman serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at USAA, Chairman of the Board at Fluence, and holds board memberships at Host Hotels & Resorts, Comfort Systems USA, Collegis Education, and the American Red Cross, where Herman is also Vice Chairman of the National Board of Governors. As a member of the Real Estate Advisory Committee for the New York State Teachers' Retirement System and the West Point Association of Graduates, Herman has a strong commitment to both education and community service. Herman's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
