Katie Ingvalson

Katie Ingvalson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie began their career at the University of Minnesota Duluth as an Administrative Assistant and Tour Guide in the Office of Admissions. From there, they worked as a Sr. Staffing Consultant at Express Employment Professionals & SRG before joining Rasmussen College as a Campus Registrar, and later as an Associate College Registrar and Corporate Recruiter. Most recently, Katie has been with Collegis Education, where they have held various roles including HR Generalist, Director of Human Capital, and their current position as Associate Vice President of Human Capital. Katie has demonstrated expertise in HR management, recruiting, and leadership development.

Katie Ingvalson holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication/Business from the University of Minnesota Duluth as well as a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from the University of Scranton.
