Jedelle Baxter III

Jay Baxter has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with leadership experience in Operations, Client Services, and Relationship Management. Jay received his BA in Public Administration from West Chester University and his MS in Management from Wilmington University. He currently lives in Caln Township with his wife and son (who is currently enrolled at CCS).
