Kristi Paquette

Kristi Paquette has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Kristi currently serves as the VP of Market Access & Trade at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of US Managed Markets at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals. From 2018 to 2020, Kristi worked at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy / United Health Group as the Vice President of Business Development & Payer Strategy. Kristi also has a long history with Biogen, where they held various roles including Interim VP of Market Access, Sr. Director of Payer & Channel Marketing, and Senior Director of Trade and Distribution Strategy. Before their time at Biogen, Kristi worked at Innovative Health Solutions as a Consultant, servicing pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Kristi began their career at Meditech as an Applications Consultant, implementing and supporting a multi-disciplinary documentation system for hospitals. Kristi also worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Throughout their career, Kristi has demonstrated expertise in market access, trade, managed markets, business development, payer strategy, and commercial operations.

Kristi Paquette completed their undergraduate education at Bowdoin College from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry (A.B.). Kristi also obtained a certification in the Cornell Women's Executive Leadership Program from Cornell University in January 2020.
