Sean Spears

Sean Spears has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent role was Senior Director at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc., where they served as the Senior Director of Portfolio Marketing and Head of Training. Before that, they held various positions at Biogen, including Associate Director of Franchise HCP Marketing. Prior to that, they worked at Mylan Specialty as a Brand Manager and Associate Product Manager. Sean also has experience at Dey Pharma L.P and Novavax, where they held roles as a Specialty Territory Account Manager and Market Research Analyst.

Sean Spears obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Ithaca College, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Sean further pursued their education by acquiring a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, studying from 2006 to 2008.
