Frank Morgan

Senior Advisor at Coller Capital

Frank established the Company’s New York office in 2003 and for many years served as its President. At various times he also served as Chair of the Investment and Operating Committees of the firm. Previously he advised Coller as an external advisor from 1991. Currently he is an independent consultant and serves as a Senior Advisor to Coller Capital serving on portfolio company and advisory committee boards and for projects assigned by the CIO.

Prior to joining Coller Capital Frank was a Partner at law firms Dewey Ballantine; Mayer Brown; and Gaston & Snow, advising international private equity funds and portfolio companies on legal and business issues.

Frank was also Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for Madison Fund and was Senior Vice President of Madison Ventures.

Frank has an AB from Brown University, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law; and an LLM in International Law from the University of Cambridge.
