Megan is an Execution Principal, responsible for the structuring, negotiating and execution of investments. Megan is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Coller Capital in 2016, Megan was a Legal Counsel with Partners Group in New York. Prior to that, Megan practised as a corporate lawyer at Kaye Scholer LLP in New York where she advised on a range of M&A and private fund transactions.
Megan has a BA from the University of Maryland and a JD from Penn State Law.
