Brendyn Grimaldi

Brendyn Grimaldi is a seasoned finance and investment professional with a strong background in media and telecommunications, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. As the Founder and Managing Partner of ABDJ Ventures since February 2024, Brendyn also serves as an Advisor, Managing Director, and Principal at Berenson since February 2020. Additional roles include being a Board Member and Investor at Collette Health and Device42 since June 2021 and February 2019, respectively. Brendyn’s prior experience includes a Principal position at Halyard Capital from July 2005 to February 2020 and Analyst roles at Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan Asset Management from July 2003 to June 2005 and September 2001 to June 2003, respectively. Brendyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Economics from Boston College, completed in May 2001.
