Tracy Mills

Tracy Mills is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership and innovation across multiple industries. As the Executive Chairman and CEO/Founder of Collette Health, Mills has spearheaded initiatives to enhance patient safety and efficiency in observation resources since June 2017. Mills also founded Interactive Digital Solutions, Inc., overseeing business planning and strategic vision since 2000. Other notable roles include President of the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation and Director at FORUM Credit Union. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Marketing at W2Com and Director of Video Conferencing at SBC. Mills holds an MBA in Marketing, Management, and Finance from Indiana University Indianapolis and a BS in Business - Decision Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington.
