Victoria Matiouchina

Victoria Matiouchina currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Insights at Collette since November 2021. In addition, Victoria has been an Advisor/Consultant at Delphi Intelligence & Insights since January 2019, specializing in Business Intelligence and Customer Experience through advising, consulting, and teaching. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure at Grand Circle Corporation, where Victoria held several positions from Project Manager to VP of Business Intelligence and Customer Insights from August 1997 to February 2019. Prior to that, Victoria worked as a Project Manager and Software Solution Architect/Engineer at Staples from May 1996 to July 1997. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Latvia in Riga.
