Dana Bishara

Dana Bishara is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and operational strategy at Collibra since 2015, currently serving as Senior Vice President, People & Places. In various roles, Dana has led initiatives in talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations, working closely with Global Field, Marketing, and G&A teams. Prior to Collibra, Dana contributed as an HR Generalist and Recruiting Program Manager at Collective from 2012 to 2015. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Psychology from Rutgers University.
