Reece Griffiths

Reece Griffiths is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Field CTO at Collibra since September 2025, focusing on the rollout of new Unstructured Data capabilities. Prior to this role, Reece co-founded and served as CEO of Deasy Labs, where the innovative data curation infrastructure was developed and later sold to Collibra within two years. Reece's experience also includes a tenure as Product Manager at QuantumBlack, where a machine learning toolkit for data scientists was built, and co-founding X26 to support entrepreneurs. Reece advanced from Business Analyst to Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company, emphasizing digital transformation and machine learning implementation. Reece holds a Master of Engineering degree in Signal Processing & Systems Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, participation in Y Combinator's 2023 batch was undertaken with Deasy Labs.
