Reece Griffiths

Reece Griffiths is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Field CTO at Collibra since September 2025, focusing on the implementation of new Unstructured Data capabilities following the acquisition of Deasy Labs. Prior to this, Reece co-founded and served as CEO of Deasy Labs, developing infrastructure for enterprise AI before its acquisition by Collibra within two years. Experience includes a role as Product Manager at QuantumBlack, where efforts were directed towards creating tools to improve data quality through machine learning, and co-founding X26 to support early-stage entrepreneurs. Reece advanced through McKinsey & Company from Business Analyst to Senior Associate with a concentration on digital transformation, and earlier roles included consultancy in higher education and various engineering positions. Reece is a graduate of the University of Cambridge with a Master of Engineering in Signal Processing & Systems Engineering and has furthered education through Y Combinator.
