Collier & Associates is a Management and IT consulting practice founded by Andrew S. Collier in 1999. Based in Greater Louisville, the firm serves PE sponsors, portfolio companies, manufacturers, distributors, and small-/mid-market enterprises locally, regionally, and nationally.

The firm focuses on four service lanes:

→ PE VALUE CREATION / BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
IT and operations due diligence, operating model diagnostics, post-acquisition integration, carve-out planning, TSA execution, value creation roadmaps, and interim execution leadership.

→ JD EDWARDS (JDE) MFG/DIST PERFORMANCE
A focused service line for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne manufacturers and distributors. Collier & Associates helps diagnose and correct the process, data, planning, transaction, and reporting issues that create inventory distortion, MRP noise, material shortages, warehouse execution problems, purchasing misalignment, fulfillment risk, working-capital drag, and margin leakage.

→ ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS
ERP rescue, platform selection, post-merger architecture, implementation recovery, vendor RFI support, and operating-model alignment across SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and related platforms.

→ AI-ENABLED OPERATIONS
Enterprise AI strategy, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, LLM-enabled workflow automation, and governed AI adoption tied to measurable operating and financial outcomes.

Collier & Associates is principal-led. Clients work directly with Andrew, not a rotating team of junior consultants. The firm combines executive advisory, operating-model analysis, ERP depth, M&A experience, and hands-on technical execution.

Industry depth includes manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, food/CPG, retail/eCommerce, financial services, healthcare, and PE-backed portfolio companies.

Serving Greater Louisville, Kentucky, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Nashville, the surrounding region, and national hybrid clients.
