John Mullins

John Mullins has extensive experience in government relations and public affairs, currently serving as Director of the Division of Communications, Government & Public Affairs for Collier County Government since June 2017. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Hartman, Harman, Mullins & Cosco, where federal and state government relations were central to operations, and Director of Government Relations/Interim Executive Director for the WV Health Care Association, overseeing lobbying efforts and strategic communications. John Mullins began a career in public service at the WV House of Delegates, providing legislative support and policy assistance. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and an Associate of Science in Drafting and Design Engineering Technology from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
