Fletch Fuller

Fletch Fuller is an experienced professional in the fields of self-defense, firearms training, and law enforcement instruction. Currently serving as President and CEO of ReadyUp Tactical LLC since December 2016, Fletch emphasizes the integration of unarmed self-defense and firearms training. Fletch has held multiple roles within the Collier County Sheriff's Office since May 1996, including High Liability Training Coordinator and Lead Instructor for various defensive tactics and weapons management programs. Additionally, Fletch is an adjunct instructor at the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy and a 3rd Degree Black Belt Instructor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, having trained since 1997. Previous experiences include roles as a Staff Instructor at Suarez International Inc and Vice President & Director of Law Enforcement Training at ISR Matrix International. Fletch’s military background includes serving as a Military Police Sergeant in the U.S. Army from 1989 to 1995, participating in significant operations such as "Operation Just Cause." Fletch completed education at Valencia College in 1995.
