Allen Pope

Allen Pope has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Allen is currently employed as the Geographic Discipline Lead for Construction Engineering and Inspection at Colliers Engineering & Design since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Maser Consulting between September 2020 and February 2021. From 2016 to 2020, Allen served as the North Carolina CEI Manager at S&ME, Inc. Before that, they worked as a Construction Operations Program Manager at HNTB from July 2014 to January 2016. Allen also has a long history with the NC Department of Transportation, where they held various roles such as Chief Engineer--Statewide Logistics, Division Engineer, Assistant Division Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Assistant Resident Engineer, spanning from 1984 to 2014.

Allen Pope has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. Allen also holds a High School Diploma from Pungo Christian Academy.
