Dave Tingley

Dave Tingley has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Dave is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Colliers Engineering & Design since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President - Finance, Americas at T.Y. Lin International from February 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining T.Y. Lin International, Dave worked at AECOM for over a decade in various roles. Dave started as a Senior Associate at RMTG, PC in November 2001 and stayed until March 2005. Then, they joined Clark Realty Capital as a Senior Accountant from April 2005 to May 2006. This was followed by their tenure as a Senior Financial Analyst at IBM from June 2006 to October 2008.

At AECOM, Dave held multiple positions, including Manager of Financial Reporting from November 2008 to April 2011, Director of Financial Reporting from April 2011 to March 2015, Director - Finance from March 2015 to November 2016, and Vice President - Finance from November 2016 to January 2021. In these roles, they were responsible for leading finance and accounting operations, financial strategy, planning, pricing, and reporting activities. Dave also oversaw the effectiveness of internal control policies and procedures and conducted financial due diligence for M&A and third-party transactions. Additionally, Dave served as a Board Member at UK Facilities Management Limited from January 2020 to January 2021.

Dave Tingley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in U.S. History from the University of Maryland. Dave also attended Thomas S. Wootton H.S.
