David Carpenter is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and urban planning. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Colliers Engineering & Design since April 2022, David also holds the position of Principal and Civil Engineer at DAC Consulting LLC since June 2016, providing engineering and land development services in Westminster, Colorado. In addition, David has been a Planning Commissioner for the City of Westminster since January 2011, overseeing land use planning and zoning matters. Previous roles include Project Manager positions at Manhard Consulting and Accurate EngiSurv, as well as project engineering at Bornengineering and Baharoglu & Associates, Inc. David holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University and completed the Leadership Program of the Rockies from 2013 to 2014.
