Debra Hufford-Nee

Debra Hufford-Nee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in permit coordination and expediting within the engineering and design sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Associate/Senior Project Coordinator at Colliers Engineering & Design since January 2012, Debra has been responsible for managing all approvals from site plan through certificate of occupancy for both commercial and residential projects. Previously held similar roles at Maser Consulting and KZA Engineering, where Debra also focused on permit coordination. Debra's career began at Hess Corporation, where responsibilities included reviewing site purchase contracts and managing due diligence payments. Debra holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Middlesex College.
