Evan Decotis

Evan DeCotis, PE, CEM, CEA, is a Senior Project Manager at Colliers Engineering & Design since July 2015, previously serving as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at Bergmann until September 2023. Earlier experience includes the role of Conservation Engineering Project Manager at IBC Engineering P.C., where project specifications for energy efficiency programs in New York were evaluated. Evan also worked at the New York Power Authority as an Associate Conservation Engineer and Assistant Conservation Engineer, managing projects that contributed significant funding to energy efficiency initiatives. Additional experience includes internships at Advanced Energy Conversion and Comfortex Window Fashions. Evan holds a BS/ME in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned in 2009.
