Ginnessa Johnson

Ginnessa Johnson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Campus Recruiting Specialist at Colliers Engineering & Design since April 2023, following a role as Campus Recruiting Coordinator. Prior experience includes a position in Talent Acquisition at Cimarron, where recruitment supported NASA programs at NASA’s Johnson Space Center from June 2022 to March 2023. Additionally, Ginnessa interned as an IMOC Flight Director at NASA from November 2019 to May 2021 and worked at Old Navy from June 2015 to May 2019 as a Department Lead, overseeing visual merchandise and employee training. Educational qualifications include a SHRM-CP Certification in Human Resource Management from Rice University, alongside a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston, where Ginnessa is currently enrolled, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Finance from the same institution.
