Richard C. Maloney

Richard C. Maloney, PE, holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. With extensive experience in the field, Richard has served as Senior Principal and Department Manager of Bridges and Structures at Colliers Engineering & Design since June 2013. Additionally, Richard is a Principal Associate and Department Manager of Bridges and Structures at Maser Consulting, also since 2013. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Department Manager at Birdsall Services Group from 1994 to 2013, and Design Engineer at Jenny Engineering, Inc. from 1990 to 1994.
