Ai Nakagawa

Ai Nakagawa is a highly experienced professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as a CCCJ Governor, Real Estate Committee Chair, and Treasurer at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Japan since July 2020. As the Director and Group Leader of the Tenant Advisory Department at Colliers International since November 2018, Ai leads a team that provides advisory services for commercial real estate to a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Manager at Servcorp from October 2009 to September 2018, where Ai managed sales and operations across multiple locations in Japan, delivering workspace solutions to a variety of businesses. Additionally, Ai held a volunteer role as Programs Director at FEW Japan in 2007. Ai is an alumnus of The University of British Columbia and Temple University.
