Andrew Gladden

Andrew Gladden is a seasoned professional in project management and construction with extensive experience in the real estate services industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Project Management at Colliers International since August 2016, Andrew oversees the Project Management service line within Corporate Solutions Americas, focusing on growth strategies, technology integration, and new business initiatives. Prior to this role, Andrew held several key positions at Cardinal Group Management, including President of Construction and Vice President of Development, where responsibilities encompassed design and construction management for a diverse portfolio. Andrew's earlier experience includes project management roles at Marx Okubo and Brek Management, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the real estate development process. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in Integrated Project Delivery Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The University of Georgia.
