Andrew Liu

Andrew Liu is an experienced real estate professional with over 27 years in the industry. Currently serving as Chairman of MEG at RICS since March 2018, Andrew has also held the position of Managing Director at Colliers International since 2006, where Andrew has concluded over 8.6 million square feet of property valued over NT$50 billion. Previously, Andrew was the Managing Director of CBRE Taiwan from 2001 to mid-2005, after serving as General Manager since 1994, focusing on cross-strait commerce and major institutional investment sales. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Feng Chia University and has further education from Western University.
