Andrew Waguespack

Andrew Waguespack is an accomplished executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Principal at Colliers in Atlanta since September 2013, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Principal. With a strong background in commercial real estate, Waguespack helped build the Atlanta franchise of HQ Business Centers, now known as Regus, from 2005 to 2013, culminating in a successful sale to Carr America. Earlier in the career, Waguespack served as Director of Leasing at PC Associates and worked as a Sales Executive at Cypress Communications, Inc. Waguespack holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia, earned between 1987 and 1992.
