Appaya C M is currently the National Director for People & Performance at Colliers, a role they have held since 2021. They previously served as Head of People & Performance at Colliers starting in 2019. Prior to this, Appaya was the Head of HR at Synergy Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd. from 2008 to 2019 and managed plantation and factory activities at The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd. from 1990 to 2008, where they also contributed to the global sales and marketing strategy for organic teas.
