Brad Merchant

Brad Merchant is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and property operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of National Asset Management at Colliers since November 2025, Brad previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Triovest from January 2020 to November 2025. Prior roles include Director and Head of Retail Asset Management at ALDAR Properties PJSC, General Manager at Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, and Director of Retail at Oxford Properties Group. Brad's career began at Ivanhoe Cambridge, where progressively more responsible roles were held over twelve years. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia and studies at Lethbridge Polytechnic.
