Carla Fedele is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive leadership experience across various companies in the industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Colliers since November 2025, Carla previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Property & Asset Management, and Vice President of Asset Management at ONE Properties from February 2024 to October 2025. Prior to that, significant experience was gained at Choice Properties from May 2018 to September 2023, where Carla served as Vice President of Retail Asset Management, Western Canada and held several other vice president positions. Earlier career ventures include a tenure at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust from October 2007 to May 2018, culminating in the role of Vice President, Alberta Industrial. Additionally, Carla held the position of Director, Operations at Cushman & Wakefield from September 1999 to September 2007. Currently, Carla is pursuing an Executive MBA in Finance Leadership at the University of Fredericton, expected to complete in April 2026.
