Cilya Verbiest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, talent acquisition, and organizational development. As Chief People Officer for Colliers since March 2022, Cilya leads the People Team and oversees Learning & Development, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition, driving strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance. Prior roles include leadership positions at Mercuri Urval, Spencer Stuart, and the Sales & Leadership Company, where Cilya focused on leadership advisory and development. Cilya's experience also encompasses management roles at Krauthammer, DCE Consultants, Michael Page, and Visa Card Services, where Cilya contributed to cultural alignment, talent acquisition, and marketing strategies. Cilya holds both MSc and BBA degrees in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University.
