Erik Cunnington

Erik Cunnington is a seasoned professional in the development sector, currently serving as the Director of Development at Colliers since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Development and Development Manager at Waterfront Toronto from September 2014 to January 2022, as well as Acquisitions and Development Manager at Trolleybus Urban Development in mid-2014. Erik began their career at Trolleybus Land Development as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst and has held positions at MaRS Discovery District and Levitt Goodman Architects, among others. An educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Master of Architecture from Dalhousie University, complemented by a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Dalhousie University.
