Frank Carrozza

Frank Carrozza is currently the Director of Project Management & Planning NSW and Interim State Director, NSW at Colliers. They previously held roles at Craig & Rhodes Pty Ltd, serving as Project Management and Planning Manager, Senior Urban Development Project Manager, and Director from 2017 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Frank worked as a Senior Civil Engineer at GHD from 2006 to 2012 and as a Civil Engineer at Cardno from 2001 to 2006. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney, from 1999 to 2002.
