Grzegorz Rajca is a consultant, researcher, and organizational psychologist with a focus on workplace strategy. They served as an analyst and consultant at Instytut Gaussa sp. z o.o. from 2011 to 2016 and were an associate in workplace innovation at Colliers International in Poland from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Rajca is a lecturer at the University of Warsaw, conducting courses on workplace strategy, while also holding the position of associate director at Colliers' Define | People & Places Advisory. They completed a Master’s degree at Uniwersytet SWPS in 2011.
