Jack O'Connor is an experienced urban economist with a diverse background in urban planning and economic consultancy. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Colliers since October 2025, Jack previously held positions such as Principal (Economics) at Ethos Urban from December 2022 to October 2020 and Consultant Economist at Essential Economics from October 2017 to December 2018. Jack's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Urbanist and Researcher for the City of Melbourne, contributing to the Places for People project. Jack holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Economics & Finance) and a Master's degree in Social Science (Urban Planning), both from RMIT University.
