James Preece is a seasoned property professional with over two decades of experience in real estate. Currently serving as Director at Colliers International since August 2008, James has been instrumental in managing various disposals and acquisitions across the South West for diverse clients, ranging from large funds like Aviva to individual investors. Prior to Colliers, James held the position of Associate Partner in Business Space at Bidwells from July 2003 to July 2008, specializing in office and research & development transactions. James began a career in real estate at Chesterton International Plc as a Senior Surveyor in Office Agency from September 1999 to June 2003, after qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2001.
