Jay O'Donnell

Jay O'Donnell is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector with extensive experience in retail investment sales. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Colliers since January 2019, Jay O'Donnell specializes in retail investment sales throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to this role, Jay O'Donnell held multiple positions at CBRE Mid-South from March 2006 to December 2020, progressing from Senior Associate to Vice President, where responsibilities included advising on commercial real estate and managing leasing and sales of office, industrial, and retail properties. Jay O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and is a graduate of John Handley High School.
