Jeff Jeremiah

Jeff Jeremiah is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and brokerage. After serving as the Assistant Director of Student Ministries at First Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Jeff transitioned to Hines, where they excelled as an Assistant Property Manager, managing multi-million dollar contracts and improving operational efficiency. In 2013, Jeff shifted focus to brokerage with Colliers, negotiating over $526 million in transactions across 7.9 million square feet. Currently, as the Chief Acquisition Officer at Blue Fern Homes, they lead a team in acquiring land for community development. Jeff holds a degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University.
