Jeremy R. Jacobs

Jeremy R. Jacobs, JD, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Managing Director for Colliers, overseeing brokerage operations in multiple cities including Minneapolis & St. Paul, Detroit, and Pittsburgh. In this role, Jeremy drives overall operations, brand stewardship, and recruitment. Jeremy also chairs the Richmond Spiders Regional Alumni Association and the Emeritus Committee for Urban Land Institute Minnesota, focusing on alumni programming and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the commercial real estate sector. Previously, Jeremy held various roles in real estate development, including Director of Real Estate Development at Mortenson and Senior Development Manager at Ryan Companies US, Inc. Jeremy's early legal career included service as Trial Counsel and Contract, Claims & Fiscal Law Attorney in the US Army, where notable achievements included receiving a Bronze Star. Jeremy holds an MBA and a JD from West Virginia University, as well as a BA from the University of Richmond.
