Jim Morris

Jim Morris is a Senior Vice President with Colliers International's Capital Markets Group, where they specialize in the sale of shopping centers and retail properties. With over twenty years in commercial real estate, Jim has expanded their role to assist developers and investors in raising equity and finding joint venture partners across various asset classes. Prior to joining Colliers in 2015, Jim spent fourteen years at CBRE Nashville, managing retail investment sales throughout the southeast. Jim began their career at the Trammell Crow Company in 1999 and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Marketing. Jim has lived in Nashville since 1997 and is recognized as a leading authority in their field.
