Joseph J. Moritz

Joseph J. Moritz is a seasoned real estate veteran who has been active in the industry since 2007. As the Vice President at Colliers International, they specialize in sale, lease, and development transactions of office buildings throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, managing over two and a half million square feet of brokerage services. They have a proven track record in rebranding and lease-up of office projects and have worked with prominent area landlords to optimize value through innovative marketing strategies. Joseph holds a BSBA in Marketing from Xavier University and has previously held significant roles at Comey & Shepherd and Mars Manufacturing Co. They are also an Eagle Scout and currently reside in Mequon with their spouse and two sons.
