Nicholas Coccodrilli

Nicholas Coccodrilli is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate, currently serving as Senior Investment Analysis Director and Licensed Associate at Colliers since August 2018, where over $1.3 billion has been transacted across 67 deals in 46 cities and 22 states. Nicholas also holds the position of Principal at Coccodrilli Commercial Consulting since 2017, and previously worked at Marcus & Millichap as a Financial Analyst/Broker Assistant, conducting financial assessments for various property types. An experienced leader, Nicholas has held roles including Chapter President of Theta Chi Fraternity and Vice President of Community Standards for the Interfraternity Council at the University of Tampa. Nicholas graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Tampa in May 2018.
