Nick Turk

Nick Turk is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Director at Colliers International since April 2002, specializing in lease consultancy and asset management within the retail warehouse sector. Turk's career includes significant roles such as Head of The Retail Division and Head of Retail Out of Town, where responsibilities involved strategic oversight and representation at executive meetings. Prior to joining Colliers, Turk gained valuable experience at King Sturge and Alder King, focusing on office agency and landlord-tenant matters. An early career in the British Army as an Officer in the Gurkhas laid the foundation for leadership and team management skills. Turk holds a BSc in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England.
