Oliver Barratt

Oliver Barratt is an experienced associate director and senior project manager currently employed at Colliers. Barratt commenced with Paragon, a Colliers Company, in October 2021, prior to the merger with Colliers in 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a senior project manager at Cushman & Wakefield and serving as construction manager lead at WeWork, where the development team was made redundant following an IPO crash. Barratt has also held project management positions at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, overseeing significant projects such as the White Hart Lane demolition and new stadium fit-out, as well as at Manchester City Football Club, where Barratt worked on stadium expansion and the City Football Academy. Educational credentials include MRICS and MCIOB degrees in project and construction management, along with qualifications in PRINCE2 and a BSc in International Management from Alliance Manchester Business School.
