Paul Matthews currently serves as the Director and Head of Retail Strategy & Analytics at Colliers. Previously, Paul held various positions at Javelin Group, including Associate Director, Consulting Manager, and Senior Consultant, in addition to a role as an Information Analyst at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. Paul began the career as a Consultant during a year in industry at Javelin Group. Educationally, Paul earned a BA (Hons) in Geography with Transport Planning (Industrial) from the University of Leeds from 2005 to 2009 and completed a program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2019.
