Paul van Reesema is the Director of Capital Markets & Investment Services at Colliers International Australia, with over 30 years of sales and advisory experience. Paul has worked with a diverse client base, including institutions, property trusts, syndicates, corporations, and private clients, particularly in Adelaide and South Australia. Known for providing straightforward, well-considered advice, Paul leverages extensive market knowledge and long-standing relationships to achieve market-leading results in the commercial and retail property sectors. Previously, Paul served as State Chief Executive at Colliers International SA from 2002 to 2007. Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property (Valuation) from the University of South Australia, completed between 1982 and 1984, and has an educational background from Prince Alfred College and Pembroke School.
