Philip Gardner is a seasoned executive with a strong background in growth and transformation, currently serving as Chief Growth and Transformation Officer at Colliers since July 2025. Gardner holds a Board Trustee position at Ukrainian Action and has held significant roles at Knight Frank, where responsibilities included Chief Risk and Operations Officer and Partner leading Strategy, Risk and Operations.
