Rhona Baker

Rhona Baker is a Divisional Director at Colliers Valuation and Advisory, bringing varied and extensive experience in residential and commercial property valuations. They co-founded Baker Vance Ltd in 2014, serving as Director of Commercial Real Estate until 2017. Subsequently, Rhona worked as a Senior Surveyor at JLL Ireland and Colliers International, and later held the position of Associate Director at Colliers from 2020 to 2023. Rhona's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Property at Irish Nationwide Building Society. Rhona holds an MSCSI/MRICS from the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and a B.Sc in General Practice Surveying from Dublin Institute of Technology.
